An order from American repurchase customer
Recently, Hebei Hangyun Import and Export Company has just completed an order from the United States. The goods have been transported to Beijing Capital International Airport. The customer is one we have been cooperating with. We first established a partnership last year and have maintained contact throughout this period. The mesh opening provided by the customer is 38mm × 38mm, the wire diameter is 2.4mm, and the material is 304 stainless steel. We discussed with the production department about the feasibility of production and the production time. The production department pointed out that a 38mm net size is too small for a cable with a 2.4mm wire diameter. Therefore, we plan to use a rope with a structure of 7×19 for weaving.
Moreover, the net size provided by the customer is also very large. It will not only increase the production time but also increase the risk of wire wear during weaving. We proposed to weave the net from the center outward.
